Formal notice for unpaid rent (landlord)

Letter from the landlord to a tenant who has not paid the rent. Mandatory step before any proceedings before the Justice of the Peace.

Good to know: Mandatory registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt — this is the formal proof of notice required by the Justice of the Peace. Keep the receipt. A written payment plan signed by both parties often avoids proceedings.
