1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the BelgiGuide platform, which offers administrative support tools (housing, subsidies, health insurance, AI assistant) for residents and newcomers to Belgium.

2. User account

Access to the features requires the creation of an account via email authentication (magic link). You agree to provide accurate information and to protect access to your email inbox.

3. Indicative nature of information

BelgiGuide provides information for informational purposes. Leases, receipts, indexation calculations, health insurance proposals, reimbursement estimates and AI assistant responses are decision-support tools. Before any contractual or administrative commitment, have sensitive elements validated by a professional (notary, lawyer, tenants' union, accountant, doctor).

BelgiGuide does not replace Belgian administrations (communes, INAMI, health insurance funds, FPS Finance) or personalised legal, medical or financial advice.

4. Pricing and cancellation

The current rates are published on the Pricing page. The Premium subscription is monthly with no commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Liability

BelgiGuide makes every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service but cannot guarantee a total absence of error or interruption. BelgiGuide's liability is in any event limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the last 12 months.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the Brussels district, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
